Lawn mowing: ride-on and push

Regular weekly or fortnightly mows across Manly, Gulf Harbour, Army Bay, Arkles Bay, Tindalls Beach, Stanmore Bay, Red Beach and Ōrewa, or a one-off cut when the lawn has got away on you. Shanda runs both a ride-on for the big sections and a push mower for small lawns, tight courtyards and the awkward bits, so the whole lawn gets done properly rather than just the easy part.

Thick coastal kikuyu? That's most of the peninsula, and it's handled. One Gulf Harbour customer's review says it plainly: "an excellent lawn mowing job (not easy with kikuyu grass)".

Edging & trimming

A lawn only looks finished when the edges are crisp. Paths, drives, fence lines and garden beds are line-trimmed on every visit, and the clippings blown off the hard surfaces before Shanda leaves. It's the detail customers keep mentioning.

Hedge trimming & pruning

Boundary hedges cut back and shaped, shrubs and small trees pruned, and everything cleaned up afterwards. Ask for it as part of your regular visit or as a one-off when the hedge has started blocking the light.

Garden tidy-ups & weeding

Beds weeded, overgrown corners brought back, gardens tidied so they look as cared for as the lawn. Big tidy-ups are welcome: one customer had "quite a big tidy up job" done and wrote that Shanda "got my yard looking lovely and polished, even reduced the cost when it didn't take as long as expected".

Leaf & debris clean-up

Autumn leaves, storm debris, the mess under the big trees and the build-up on paths and patios: blown, raked and removed. For regular customers this happens as needed on the normal visit, so the section never gets to the point of being a job.

Water blasting

Paths, patios, decks, driveways and fences water blasted so the hard surfaces match the fresh lawn. Good on its own, and very good before a sale or a summer of visitors.

Fertilising, aeration & returfing

For a lawn that needs more than a cut. Feeding to bring the colour back, aeration where it's compacted, weeding, and new turf laid where the old lawn has given up.

Tree removal

Smaller trees taken down and taken away, with the area tidied afterwards. Send a photo with your message and Shanda will tell you whether it's a job for her.
